Coach:Dr Misha Galukhin
Cape Fencing Academy was founded in 1997 by Dr. Mikhail Galukhin (Ph.D. in Sport Sciences). Senior Lecturer and fencing coach at the Russian State Academy of Physical Education and Sports (1980 – 1996) in Moscow, ex-champion of the USSR in foil.
At present he is Director & Head Coach of the CFA-Italian Club and the head coach of the South African fencing team.
